Can I meditate lying down?

There is no "right" way to meditate.
If sitting doesn't feel accessible or supportive during meditation, you can lie on the ground, on a couch, or your bed. Try bending your knees and placing the soles of the feet on the ground/couch/bed to relieve any tension in the lower back. I like to use a meditation pillow that holds the body in alignment.
Again, there is no "right" way to meditate. What works for you is the best way to meditate.

I love to meditate with music. For many people new to meditation, music helps simplify and have a relaxing state of meditation. Combining music with meditation deepens the effects of reaching a peaceful state and feel joy.

The wonderful thing about meditation is that it doesn't take much time. As soon as you learn a few basics, you can begin by practicing for five or ten minutes each day. Mornings are a great place to start or right before bed.
